Ganga Seated over the her vehicle crocodile,while the left hand downward,the middle finger gently touching the earth in the so called "position of touching the earth" (bhumi-sparsha mudra) and Ganga has four hands.Her hand one for blessing and other hands holds a Pots of full of pure water(gangajaal) and wears a nice jwellery.
Ganga, the River Goddess is the only living goddess in the Hindu pantheon.Ganga is the sacred river and has been referred to in the various ancient texts of Hindus. It is believed that Ganga used to flow in the heaven and sanctify gods with her holy waters.
